Who These Terms Cover

These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who accesses or plays Pixel Dispatch, whether you're a registered account holder managing a full dispatch network or a guest pilot running a single pixel route. By loading the game, you're agreeing to play by these rules. If you're under 13, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms with you before playing.

Your Pixel Dispatch Account

When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Your dispatch profile — including your route history, unlocked regions, and leaderboard standing — is tied to that account and isn't transferable. Don't share your password, and don't try to access another player's account; both are violations that can result in suspension.

Acceptable Use in the Network

Pixel Dispatch is a shared world — the dispatch network only works when players interact fairly. Cheating, exploiting bugs to gain unearned advantages, using bots or automation scripts, or intentionally disrupting other players' routes are all prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate fair play, with or without advance warning depending on severity.

In-Game Content and Purchases

Any cosmetic content, route upgrades, or dispatcher skins available in Pixel Dispatch are licensed to your account, not owned outright. If you make a purchase, that transaction is final once the content is delivered to your account. Refunds may be considered in documented cases of technical failure, but are not guaranteed simply because you changed your mind about a skin.

Intellectual Property

Everything that makes Pixel Dispatch what it is — the pixel art, the dispatch mechanics, the map design, the world-building, the sound design — is our intellectual property. You can stream the game, create fan content, and share screenshots freely for non-commercial purposes. You cannot copy, redistribute, or commercialize any part of the game without written permission.

Service Availability and Changes

We keep Pixel Dispatch running as reliably as we can, but online services have maintenance windows, outages, and the occasional chaos event that even the best dispatch coordinator couldn't predict. We reserve the right to modify game content, adjust mechanics, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We're not liable for losses tied to unplanned downtime, though we'll always try to communicate what's happening.

Limitation of Liability

Pixel Dispatch is provided as-is for entertainment. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game — including lost progress due to technical issues outside our control. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you've actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or a minimal statutory amount where law requires a floor.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established. If you have a dispute with us, we'd genuinely prefer to sort it out directly before anything formal — reach out and give us a chance to fix it. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be handled through the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
